We are seeking a dynamic Integrator / Chief Operating Officer (COO) to drive execution, accountability, and operational efficiency across all business functions. This role is ideal for an experienced leader with a strong background in Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) implementation, business transformation, and strategic leadership.
Position Overview
The Integrator / COO is responsible for executing the long-term vision of strategic growth while managing daily operations. This individual will work closely with the Visionary / Executive Director to ensure company-wide alignment, financial and operational efficiency, and a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic & Operational Leadership – Execute business strategies, prioritize high-impact projects, and ensure operational alignment with financial goals.
- EOS & Traction Management – Implement and reinforce the EOS framework, lead Level 10 (L10) meetings, and drive accountability across teams.
- Operational Excellence & Compliance – Oversee business units, improve processes, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Financial & Performance Management – Manage P&L, budgeting, and financial performance, implementing cost-control strategies.
- Technology & Process Improvement – Enhance efficiency through technology, vendor management, and workflow optimization.
- Talent Development & Team Management – Hire, train, and evaluate directors and managers, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
