We are seeking a dynamic Integrator / Chief Operating Officer (COO) to drive execution, accountability, and operational efficiency across all business functions. This role is ideal for an experienced leader with a strong background in Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) implementation, business transformation, and strategic leadership.

Position Overview

The Integrator / COO is responsible for executing the long-term vision of strategic growth while managing daily operations. This individual will work closely with the Visionary / Executive Director to ensure company-wide alignment, financial and operational efficiency, and a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic & Operational Leadership – Execute business strategies, prioritize high-impact projects, and ensure operational alignment with financial goals.
  • EOS & Traction Management – Implement and reinforce the EOS framework, lead Level 10 (L10) meetings, and drive accountability across teams.
  • Operational Excellence & Compliance – Oversee business units, improve processes, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Financial & Performance Management – Manage P&L, budgeting, and financial performance, implementing cost-control strategies.
  • Technology & Process Improvement – Enhance efficiency through technology, vendor management, and workflow optimization.
  • Talent Development & Team Management – Hire, train, and evaluate directors and managers, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Qualifications

  • 5 years in a senior operations or business management role.
  • 3 years in an Integrator role , preferably within the healthcare or social services industry.
  • Experience implementing EOS / Traction , leading business transformation, and executing change management strategies.
  • Strong financial acumen with P&L management and budgeting expertise.
  • Proficiency in technology systems and operational alignment.
  • Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and execution capabilities.
  • Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range : $125,000 - $175,000 (Based on experience)
  • Bonus Potential : 10% - 20% of salary
  • Benefits : 401K, Health / Dental, PTO (16 days), and other benefits based on company policy
  • Interview Process

  • Virtual Interview with Visionary-Executive Director – Discuss situational Integrator-COO questions.
  • Round 2 : In-Person Evaluation

  • Complete Kolbe Profile – Submit results before the in-person interview.
  • Core Values Interview – Assess alignment with BrightPath’s core values.
  • Review Organizational Rocks & Scorecards – Understand performance metrics and priorities.
  • Review Instructions for 6-Month Roadmap Deliverable – Prepare to outline a strategic plan for operational efficiency.
  • Complete BrightPath Application with References – Submit application materials.
  • Round 3 : Final Interview & Presentation

  • In-Person Interview with Visionary-Executive Director and Owner – Discuss strategic alignment and leadership fit.
  • Present 6-Month Roadmap – Share a structured plan for operational efficiency.
  • Discuss Kolbe Profile Fit – Review compatibility with the Visionary’s working style.
  • Strategic Alignment Discussion – Evaluate leadership approach, understanding of the company vision, and current challenges.
  • Roundtable Discussion – Meet with Directors to discuss company culture and any final questions.
  • This structured interview process ensures that candidates align with BrightPath’s mission, vision, and core values while demonstrating the ability to drive results as an Integrator / COO.
