Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to assist in the planning and execution of our window installation projects. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for supporting project management efforts. You will work closely with the Project Manager and various teams to ensure that projects run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and management of window installation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Coordinate with suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain project schedules, project management software, and project documentation.
- Help prepare project documentation and update project management software.
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Submit and manage service claims.
- Assist in resolving project-related issues and provide administrative support to the Project Manager.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the construction or home improvement industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and G Suite.
- Knowledge of construction standards required (window installation preferred).
