Plant Manager – Operations Leader | Renewable Energy & Agriculture
📍 Location: South Dakota (Sioux Falls or surrounding areas) – Relocation Required

We’re on the hunt for a Plant Manager who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves and drive operations in the renewable energy and agriculture space. This isn’t just a desk job—you’ll be leading a team, optimizing plant performance, and making a real impact on energy production with domestic farms.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Lead & manage a team of 15-20 plant operators & maintenance pros
✅ Oversee mechanical & rotating equipment – keep things running, minimize downtime
✅ Drive operational efficiency & growth across 8 projects in South Dakota
✅ Be hands-on – work on-site, solve problems, and lead from the front
✅ Work with agriculture & dairy farming partners to create sustainable energy solutions
✅ Collaborate with executive leadership to scale operations (big things ahead!)
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 10 years of experience in plant operations, manufacturing, or industrial management
🔹 Strong leadership & technical expertise in mechanical equipment & maintenance
🔹 Industry experience in rotating equipment, oil & gas, energy, or agriculture is a plus
🔹 Self-starter, go-getter, and problem solver – no complacency here
🔹 Willing to relocate to South Dakota and take ownership of operations
🔹 Not afraid to get boots dirty – this is a hands-on leadership role
