Job Description
Brightspeed is currently looking for an IT Technical Lead, Service Assurance Systems - Enterprise & Wholesale to join our growing team! The position entails eliciting business requirements, devising solutions aligned with business goals, and executing them on the ServiceNow platform in line with stakeholder expectations. You will need to collaborate with business counterparts to gather input and integrate implemented solutions that cater to the user base is integral to the role.

Job Description
Brightspeed is currently looking for an IT Technical Lead, Service Assurance Systems - Enterprise & Wholesale to join our growing team! You will need to collaborate with business counterparts to gather input and integrate implemented solutions that cater to the user base is integral to the role.
As IT Technical Lead, Service Assurance Systems - Enterprise & Wholesale, your duties & responsibilities will include:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Service Assurance solutions using ServiceNow platform
- Work with IT partners to translate those requirements into technical solutions
- Provide subject matter expertise to support business requirement definition, process design, implementation of processes
- Participate in production incident troubleshooting and solution approach design and recommendations
- Perform initial validation, support unit testing, and facilitate UAT as needed
- Assist in driving initiatives forward from the requirements to implementation
- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
- Act as a leader within our implementation teams, prioritizing product backlog, writing epics/stories, and tracking progress of in-flight efforts
- Collaborate with business partners and peers to identify and implement user experience improvements
- Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development
WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
- 6 years of hands-on experience in software development involving ServiceNow
- Working experience on creation of Custom workspace, custom service portal in ServiceNow
- Working experience on ServiceNow Flow Designer and ServiceNow UI Builder
- Integrate ServiceNow application(s) with third party systems/applications via APIs is a must skill
- Knowledge of Anjular js, React js, HTML ,CSS, Java script
- Experience with extending the ServiceNow schema to custom applications
- Experience administering a ServiceNow instance, workflows, business rules, UI pages, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, Catalog items and updates of all other existing solutions
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Jira)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing requirements, and solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of telecom industry and technologies
- Certifications in ServiceNow
