**Responsibilities and Requirements**
As a QIDP Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality consumer support services at our assigned location. You will supervise personnel to achieve service, clinical, and financial objectives within general resource and reimbursement models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coaches and mentors support staff
- Attends and participates in announced meetings
- Monitors workers compensation and unemployment claims for assigned service site(s)
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations concerning services to individuals with intellectual and/or other developmental disabilities
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
