Responsibilities and Expectations
- Performing daily living tasks, including personal care and household chores
- Fostering positive relationships between individuals served and their housemates
- Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with colleagues and supervisors
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Ability to work in a group home or home-like setting
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel, internal and external
