BrightStar is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in the Lanesboro area. Having recently expanded to the Rochester area about six months ago, we've seen an increasing demand for our services and are looking to grow our team to ensure that we can continue providing exceptional care as new clients begin their services.
As a Per Diem LPN with BrightStar, you will have the flexibility to work on an as-needed basis, offering you the opportunity to provide support across various shifts while making a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities :
Provide nursing services to patients in a home setting.
Perform routine nursing care to patients as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
Monitor patient health and maintain accurate records of vital signs and health progress.
Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention
Requirements :
Valid LPN license in the state of practice.
Experience in home health care or similar settings is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for providing empathetic, respectful care.
Ability to work independently and efficiently with keen attention to detail.
