Your Role & Responsibilities:
✔ Office & Administrative Support
- Serve as a professional, welcoming first point of contact for calls and visitors.
- Manage office operations, handling deliveries, mail, faxes, and general organization.
- Assist with maintaining and organizing client and employee records.
- Handle data entry and compliance tracking for employee credentials.
- Copy, scan, and upload records, policies, and documents.
✔ Project & Operations Support
- Work with leadership to streamline office processes and improve efficiency.
- Assist in preparing for new hire orientations, tracking credentials, and coordinating schedules.
- Support the recruitment, scheduling, and HR teams as needed.
- Cross-train to provide backup coverage for various departments.
✔ Technology & Data Management
- Manage caregiver timesheets and payroll-related documentation.
- Use Microsoft Excel and other software to track, analyze, and report data.
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies by tracking and following up on key deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
