BrightStar Care of Honolulu is looking for a Administrative Coordinator to support our growing in-home care agency. Your Role & Responsibilities:

Office & Administrative Support

  • Serve as a professional, welcoming first point of contact for calls and visitors.
  • Manage office operations, handling deliveries, mail, faxes, and general organization.
  • Assist with maintaining and organizing client and employee records.
  • Handle data entry and compliance tracking for employee credentials.
  • Copy, scan, and upload records, policies, and documents.

Project & Operations Support

  • Work with leadership to streamline office processes and improve efficiency.
  • Assist in preparing for new hire orientations, tracking credentials, and coordinating schedules.
  • Support the recruitment, scheduling, and HR teams as needed.
  • Cross-train to provide backup coverage for various departments.

Technology & Data Management

  • Manage caregiver timesheets and payroll-related documentation.
  • Use Microsoft Excel and other software to track, analyze, and report data.
  • Ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies by tracking and following up on key deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
