Home Care Scheduler/Care Manager - Full Time Hourly
$21-$23/hour

The home care scheduler is responsible for coordinating daily schedules for our caregivers and nurses, ensuring consistent coverage and maintaining the highest levels of satisfaction for both client and staff. Responsibilities:
- Utilize computer software to maintain daily service schedule for clients and in-home care givers and nurses.
- Proactively monitor and identify scheduling gaps, and problem solve to ensure reliable coverage. This includes resolving last minute scheduling emergencies in a timely manner.
- Maintain excellent communication with all stakeholders via telephone, text, email, and in-person communications. Respond to inquiries and scheduling questions.
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with current and potential patients, families, staff and other care partners – upholding our professional reputation for a positive can-do attitude with patience and empathy towards all.
- Available for weekend/after-hours on-call rotation using company-provided cell phone & computer.
- May be asked to assist with other office duties including, but not limited to, administrative, customer service, billing/coding, records, recruiting, and marketing activities.

Qualifications:
- Proficient with MSOffice (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), internet, smart phones, and other technology
- Licensed driver with insured and reliable automobile with proof of insurance
