Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Front Office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual in Spanish / English a Plus.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette.
- Maintain an organized front office environment, ensuring all areas are tidy and welcoming.
- Perform administrative tasks including verifying insurance, data entry, and managing patient appointments.
- Preparing documents, and assisting patients with explanation of insurance benefits.
- Ensure all client information is accurately entered into the computerized system.
- Assist with any additional tasks as assigned by management.
