We are seeking an experienced, highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager/Care Coordinator! The ideal candidate will have at least (1) year of home health experience and (2) year previous scheduling experience in a homecare or facility setting and (2) years of previous office management experience.

*This is a full time Monday-Friday in-office position, w/ remote on-call rotation*

As the care coordinator/office manager, you will have the following responsibilities:

Manage office operations including but not limited to;

  • Answer incoming office calls
  • Scheduling new and existing clients
  • Ensuring employee and client satisfaction
  • Assist with employee/client file management
  • Assist with new hire interviews/onboarding/orientation as needed
  • Conduct routine inventory/ manage office & clinical supplies
  • Assist with coordination of care for clients
  • Ability to assist with Life Care Management/Wellness by providing clients with recommendations to allow clients to live a fulfilling lifestyle
  • Audit Client/Employee Records in EHR system
  • “On-Call” phones/after-hours rotation
  • Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • (1 ) year of home care experience
  • (2) year previous staffing/scheduling experience
  • (2) years previous office management experience
  • Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Skills in database management & record keeping
  • Superior customer service orientation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

  • Monday to Friday
  • On call
