BrightStar Home Care is looking for a highly driven Salesperson to lead growth and development efforts exclusively in the St. Charles County market. Your sales experience and community involvement must be within St. Charles to ensure local expertise. You’ll have the opportunity to join our leadership team, with a direct path to further sales leadership and operational roles as we continue expanding in the region.
What You’ll Do: Lead business development and sales efforts in St. Charles County Build relationships and expand our presence in the local healthcare and home care sector, and collaborate with our leadership team to drive ongoing market growth and strategic operations
What We’re Looking For: 3-5 years of sales experience in healthcare, specifically in St. Charles Strong local community connections and involvement in the St. Charles area, Self-starter with a passion for direct sales and developing new marketing opportunities and potential for growth into broader sales leadership and operational roles as we expand.
