  • Expand Client Base : Identify, research, and develop new business opportunities, targeting both private pay clients and VA clients to grow our client base.
  • Cultivate Partnerships : Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, local organizations, and community partners to promote our services and establish referral networks. Plan engaging in-service presentations and events that position BrightStar Care of Honolulu as a trusted healthcare partner and resource.
  • Drive Revenue : Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth, promoting our premium care services, including 24 / 7 care, skilled nursing, and veteran care services through the VA community care program.
  • Represent BrightStar Care : Attend networking events, trade shows, and community outreach programs to showcase our commitment to quality and excellence in in-home care.
  • Collaborate with Team : Work closely with our clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless client experience, from initial consultation through ongoing care management.
  • Set, Track, Meet and Exceed Targets : Track and report on sales metrics and performance, adjusting strategies to meet targets. What Were Looking For :
  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Sales & Healthcare Experience : Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or healthcare-related roles.
  • Relationship Builder : Proven track record of establishing and maintaining professional relationships. You enjoy networking and are comfortable meeting new people and presenting to groups.
  • Customer-Focused : You have a strong sense of empathy and understand the importance of quality care. You can communicate the value of premium in-home care services to potential clients and partners.
  • Self-Motivated and Results-Oriented : You thrive on achieving and exceeding sales targets and have a proactive approach to managing your pipeline.
  • Excellent Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
  • Local Knowledge : Familiarity with the Honolulu healthcare landscape, particularly with long-term care insurance and VA programs, is a plus.
  • Computer / Software Skills : Comfortable with basic computer programs. Willing and able to learn and utilize documentation, tracking and other tools.
  • Valid Drivers License and Reliable Transportation
