Home Health Operations Manager
Overview
We are looking for an Operations Manager with excellent problem-solving abilities, high energy, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be proactive in identifying challenges, and work with minimal supervision to deliver solutions. As an Operations Manager, you will play a key role in growing the agency’s sales, and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers, patients, and families.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact between healthcare facilities, clinical teams, and external partners.
- Find opportunities to grow the agency’s sales.
- Identify and resolve patient care challenges, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to address complex clinical and logistical issues.
- Coordinate and manage patient flow, ensuring timely communication and resolution of problems.
- Track agency’s statistics on referrals, visits, authorization, missed opportunities, unbilled visits, etc.
- Document and track patient interactions, ensuring accurate and timely records are maintained.
- Work independently to manage a caseload of patients and cases, ensuring efficient resolution of issues.
- Participate in regular meetings and collaborate with other departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
- Advocate for patients and families, ensuring that care plans align with the patient’s needs and preferences.
