Required Skills and Qualifications
At least 3-years stable previous experience in medical billing or healthcare billing is expected. Knowledge of Medicaid billing procedures, coding systems (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS), and insurance verification is required. Proficiency with billing software and QuickBooks Pro is necessary.

- Communicate with patients and healthcare providers to clarify billing information and resolve issues.
- Stay updated on state and federal policies and regulations to ensure billing practices are current and compliant.
- Maintain accurate records of all billing transactions and communications.
