Description of the role : We are seeking an experienced CNA / PCA / HHA to join our team at BrightStar Care of Fredericksburg. This is a position that provides a great opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our clients in the Fredericksburg area. Responsibilities :
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Ensure the safety and well-being of clients
- Document care provided and communicate with the care team Requirements :
- Valid CNA / PCA / HHA certification
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Current CPR and up to date TB test or X-ray with negative results
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, with current auto insurance CNA / PCA / HHA Benefits :
