Role Overview : As a Landscape Supervisor, you will manage a team of landscapers, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of landscaping techniques, and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and direct a team of landscapers to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards and on time.
- Develop and execute detailed landscaping plans, including plant selection, irrigation systems, and maintenance schedules.
- Perform site evaluations to assess project scope, create estimates, and establish timelines.
- Collaborate with other departments and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Enforce safety regulations and company policies on all job sites.
- Provide training, mentorship, and ongoing feedback to team members.
- Manage inventory and upkeep of equipment, ensuring all tools and machinery are in optimal condition.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the completed work.
