Position Responsibilities Summary:
The Receptionist performs all receptionist and related clerical duties, ensuring the needs of the department are met within a timely manner. Help with daily activities and programs.
Key Leadership, Management, and Accountabilities (LMA):
· Greet front door visitors
· Operate and answer the telephone, transfer calls, take messages, forward calls to/retrieve voicemail, etc.
· Perform/manage all reception area duties
· Provide positive, timely and effective communication with residents, family members, staff and visitors.
· Accurately report any issues/relevant information to Supervisor

Education/Certification Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
Skills/Qualifications Requirements:
- Prior Receptionist experience.
- Strong customer service and verbal/written communication skills (English).
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and complete work on time.
- PC literacy.
- Possess a positive attitude.
- Ability to work successfully as an independent and team player.
- Long Term Care, Assisted Living and/or Memory Care experience preferred.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour
