Here's what you'd do :
The Director of Talent Management is accountable for managing the team member life cycle including attracting, hiring, and engaging. This role is responsible for all talent efforts for the enterprise and creates and executes strategies for all team members. This role acts as a connection point between HR and Talent Strategy.
You'd be responsible for :
Talent Management
- Lead a team of direct and indirect reports to meet the goals of the department and organization
- Understand internal needs and the external market to recognize and anticipate business and talent threats and opportunities, forecasting the organization's workforce needs and implementing plans designed to meet those needs to future-proof the organization
- Creation and execution of the Talent Strategy and programs based on business outcomes in partnership with Human Resources and support CHRO in communication of the talent strategy to executives and board of directors
- Oversee talent systems (e.g., ATS, Onboard, LMS, Performance Management) and manage talent programs (e.g., Talent Mobility, Referrals)
- Directs the design, planning, and implementation of corporate organizational development programs, policies, and procedures
- Support change management initiatives and suggest enhancements to existing programs
- Develop and evaluate key performance metrics to enable accurate and valid measurement of workforce performance and to identify areas for improvement
- Monitor and analyze team member engagement and inclusion and develop actions plans to deliver continuous improvement
- Manage talent compliance requirements, including but not limited to EEO and OFCCP
- Branches understand and execute strategy that enhances the brand and drives profitable revenue growth in the Market
- Ensure alignment and accountability between the Area, Branches and Corporate
- Manage Market P&L, budget, plan, and performance
- Communicate and drive organizational change
- Cultivate strong internal and external customer focus by delivering the BrightView brand promise, culture, and values
- Provide leadership and support to the Branches with respect to employee engagement, safety, compliance, talent selection and development
- Build innovation and efficiencies in Branch capabilities
- Ensure resources (tools, talent, equip.) are effectively allocated and deployed across the Market
- Develop relationships with key business partners (i.e., suppliers and community relations)
