Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Talent Planning: Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute long-term talent strategies that align with business objectives and growth goals.
- Team Scaling & Development: Lead the transformation of talent acquisition, onboarding, training, and development processes to support organizational growth and improve team performance.
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee and optimize recruitment strategies to attract top talent, ensuring diversity and inclusion in all hiring practices.
- Employee Engagement & Retention: Develop and implement strategies to drive employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, focusing on career growth opportunities, recognition, and positive workplace culture.
- Leadership Development: Design and implement leadership development programs to build the next generation of leaders within the organization.
- Performance Management: Lead the development and execution of performance management processes, ensuring consistent feedback, goal-setting, and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Talent Management leader or Director with a track record of scaling teams and driving transformation.
- Strong understanding of talent management, leadership development, organizational design, and change management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Expertise in talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and engagement strategies.
- Experience with data analytics and HR technology tools to drive insights and decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and lead through ambiguity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
