Responsibilities:
- Performance & Quality:
- Oversee daily site operations and delegate tasks to crew members
- Maintain schedules and ensure service expectations are met
- Identify efficient ways to perform work
- Client Satisfaction:
- Communicate client concerns to the Production Manager and assist in resolving issues
- Crew Management:
- Provide feedback on crew members to the Production Manager
- Assist in developing and training crew members
- Submit accurate crew time logs
- Safety:
- E nsure crew members work safely and follow company policies
- Maintain equipment and log usage and maintenance cycles
About You:
- 2-3 years of experience in a landscape-related field required
- Prior crew leader/foreman experience highly preferred
