What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Director position at BRIGHTWATER SENIOR LIVING GROUP, LLC?
Position Summary:
Function as the key revenue generator in the community through partnering with the Community Executive Director and Area Director of Sales & Marketing to maintain and/or improve upon the occupancy level and revenue production of the community. Execute on all provided leads to work them through the sales process to establish occupancy goals.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain resident, employee, and community information in strict confidence (with community management or other employees as necessary).
- Submit all required documents to Home Office in a timely manner.
- Partner with Area Director of Sales & Marketing in developing and executing sales plans and strategies to maintain and/or improve occupancy levels.
- Develop and execute a closing strategy through needs assessment and education on community services, assisting prospective residents, their family members, and/or advisors in the decision-making process.
- Adhere to prompt response benchmarks and provide appropriate information for every sales inquiry.
- Maintain a working knowledge of the lead management system, sales processes and forms for external and internal sales to perform job duties, track information, compile data and achieve desired community occupancy goals.
- Develop and maintain referral relationships with residents and families.
- Assist the Area Director of Sales & Marketing by providing input to the marketing budget and feedback on the implementation of marketing plans.
- Provide feedback to Area Director of Sales & Marketing on all community specific sales and marketing material..
- Work with the Community Engagement Coordinator to organize, manage and execute all move-in processes.
- Manage all current Brightwater branded promotional items along with making suggestions for other new and creative products to promote Brightwater to the general public, residents, families and team members.
- Supporting the Community Leadership Team in all aspects of their work which includes but is not limited to the creating of reports, preparing material for meetings, and scheduling of meetings and events.

- Represent the community in the community at large in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner.
- Demonstrate ability to perform duties under time constraints and deadlines.
- Attend education and training classes as required by state or provincial regulations.
