Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Master’s in social work, Professional Counseling, Family Therapy, or other qualified degree.
- License in Oregon: LPC, LCSW, LMFT.
- Language Skills: Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Experience: Providing behavioral health services using evidenced-based practices for teens or adults.
- Location: Priority will be given to applicants from Oregon and Texas. All candidates must be licensed in the State of Oregon to be considered for this position. Applicants must hold a valid license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT.

- Competitive Compensation Our Behavioral Health Therapists average $116,467 a year, working 4 days a week. Our top 5 therapists average $135,759 , working 4 days a week. One of our values is our clinicians are as important as our clients. Because of that, we provide a raise and increase to PTO every year for 10 years.
