Brightways is looking for a full-time Licensed Therapist Consultant to assist our Portland location and support Clinicians when needed. This role will provide direct services to clients and serve as a valuable clinical support to our clinicians. The Therapist Consultant will focus on retention of clinicians through connection, clinical consultation and cultivating a positive work environment for them to enjoy! Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Master’s in social work, Professional Counseling, Family Therapy, or other qualified degree.
- License in Oregon: LPC, LCSW, LMFT.
- Experience: Providing behavioral health services using evidence-based practices to clients of all ages, welcoming therapists with expertise in working with any age group, from children to adults.
- Minimum: Three (3) years’ experience as a Licensed Clinician preferred.
- Location: On-site at our Portland office!
Essential Job Duties
- Provide Consultations: Individual, Group and others TBD.
- Guide clinicians to use contact logs of consultations.
- Sign required documentation needed for associates.
- Communicate concerns to Clinical Manager in a timely manner.
- Provide Crisis consultation support.
- Guide the office and clinicians to create a positive work/online environment.
- Engage clinicians to show they are valued and appreciated.
- Assist Clinical Manager by providing auxiliary onboarding support for new hires.
- Implement efforts to increase employee engagement.
- Welcome new clinicians and introduce them to the team.
- Meet with Clinical Manager to discuss and implement ongoing support for clinicians.
- Organize voluntary team building activities/socials.
- Promote positivity and recognition.
- Support cultural commitments with staff.
- Attend Steering Committee as needed.
- Provide clinical training and organize community presentations.
- Attend interviews as needed.
- Support building safety and functioning (i.e. salting the sidewalk or communicating office needs to appropriate people).
- Support the efficacy and training of Feedback Informed Treatment.
- Schedule reserved time each week for Consultation, Team Cultural Development and Preparation/Planning (8 hours/week).

- A background check will be performed on all hires, post-offer. Employment is contingent upon passing this check.
What We Offer
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive Compensation: You select your schedule and number of clients, starting at 20 scheduled clients per week, earning $110,502. The highest number of scheduled clients you can select is 26, with an annual salary of $147,000.
