Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and peripherals.
- Manage user accounts and access permissions.
- Document support activities and resolutions in a ticketing system.
- Assist with IT projects and system upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Experience with Active Directory and Office 365.
- Knowledge of network protocols and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Familiarity with IT security practices and antivirus solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA A , Network , Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
