Now, clinicians are beginning to realize that secure wound closure and scarring are one and the same – the only difference is the point in time for the patient. BRIJ closes the gap between how Healthcare providers close wounds and how patients heal.
The BRIJ Force Modulating Tissue Bridge is a unique, noninvasive device that reduces tension when closing and supporting wounds. Its use may also be extended into the post-closure healing phase to continue tension reduction and improve final scar appearance so wounds can heal beautifully.
About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Inside Sales Representative to join our team as a Customer Integration Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the expanded adoption of our products and solutions within our existing customer base. Additionally, you will be responsible for following up on leads generated from various digital channels, such as social media, tradeshows, our website, and other marketing efforts.
Your primary focus will be on cultivating and strengthening relationships with existing customers. You will be the point of contact to ensure seamless integration of BRIJ into medical practices, working closely with them to understand their needs and optimize their experience with BRIJ. You will work with both new and experienced users of the device, helping them expand their usage and continue to refer the product to their patients.
In addition to customer follow-ups, you may also be involved in collaborating on various tasks and projects within the marketing and sales departments. We are seeking an individual who can not only excel in inside sales but also contribute to broader sales and marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be a quick learner and can present BRIJ and the concept of tension relief engagingly and compellingly. While this role doesn't involve traditional outside sales activities, you may still be called upon to participate in networking events and engage with customers in a personable and professional manner.
What You Will Do
- Contact qualified leads generated from our digital marketing, social media, and tradeshows.
- Develop and maintain relationships with administrative/ support staff, nurses, PAs, Surgeons, and other personnel in the Health Care Provider systems.
- Educate and train clinicians and Healthcare Providers (HCPs) on the benefits and effectiveness of BRIJ Medical products
- Occasionally attend trade shows and other networking events
- Manage the ordering process for customers
What We Are Looking For
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 2 years of professional or related experience
- Experience in the medical device space preferred
- Knowledge of private practice medical offices (Plastic Surgery) and the medical / hospital markets preferred.
- Persistence, resilience, and accountability
- Relationship development skills
- Strong interpersonal skills – you will be making a dramatic difference in patients' lives and interacting with the staff, nurses, and PAs in both private practice and hospital settings.
- Proficiency with sales management software and CRM
- Ability to travel up 10-15% within a geographic region (you may be asked to help support tradeshows and conferences
