Regional Manager is critically important to our growth and success. Regional Manager has a large part to play in advancing our mission, by leading company’s efforts to maintain and expand relationships with large, multi-location customers. You are responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives. You also represent the entire range of company products and services to assigned customers, while leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customers’ needs and expectations are met by the company. You will establish, build and manage sub-contractor partnerships. The focus will be on the headquarters and key buying locations of assigned accounts, while coordinating closely with field associates assigned to these customers’ other locations. We are looking for dynamic people who are excited to join the team and ready to jump into any situation to give a helping hand.
Responsibilities
- Enthusiastically support, promote, and adhere to Brilar’s Mission, Vision and Core Values : accountability, continuous improvement, win / win (1 1=3), unity, integrity, safety, and respect
- Build, retain and manage current national client relationships and seek for new business for both lawn, landscape maintenance and snow & ice removal
- Establishes, Builds and Manages Sub-Contractor Partnerships
- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
- Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period
- Support or facilitate resolution of client concerns
- Act as client’s primary point of contact for all accounts being managed
- Participate in industry events and associations through meeting and event attendance, board membership, and sponsorship opportunities
- Represent the company and brand in a positive manner at all times
- Continue to develop and improve skills and techniques through a commitment to continuous improvement
- Self-performance of landscape or snow services may be necessary
- Stay well-informed of changes and advances in the industry
