Description
D365 Engineer / Developer is a pivotal role within our team, responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. This role demands a highly skilled professional who can translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of the platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Dynamics 365 implementations, strong communication with ability to present to key business stakeholder and clearly articulate thoughts & ideas.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deployment of D365 solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Customize / configure D365 applications to meet specific client needs, including workflows, plugins, and custom entities.
Develop and maintain integrations between D365 and other systems, ensuring data consistency and integrity.
Provide thought leadership through full understanding of D365 and its capabilities, and experience in implementing it.
Provide technical guidance to other developers and support teams.
Manage project priorities, timelines, deliverables ensuring projects are completed on time.
Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for D365 applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecting and implementing D365 solutions.
Proficiency in D365 SDK, Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, and integrations with other Microsoft services or 3rd party applications & APIs.
Strong knowledge of Azure services and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
Expertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL, etc.,
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Positive attitude with willingness to mentor others (onshore and offshore).
Self-starter, but can work within a more formal, structured environment.
Ideally located in Charlotte or Dallas (but no hard requirement).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in insurance industry.
Certifications in D365, Azure, Power Platform, or related technologies.
