1. Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals across inside sales and e-commerce platforms such as eBay.
- Set goals, track team performance, and coach team members to exceed targets.
- Foster collaboration across departments to ensure smooth operations and alignment with company goals.
2. Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities while growing existing accounts.
- Proactively seek training and continuous education to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Drive the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
- Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving any issues to maintain long-term relationships.
- Personalize sales approaches to increase customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Use CRM systems and sales software to track leads, manage customer orders, and monitor sales metrics.
4. Technical Proficiency:
- Comfortable using QuickBooks (training provided) for invoicing, order tracking, and inventory management.
- Experience managing eBay and other e-commerce platforms.
- Utilize sales tools to generate reports and track sales performance.
5. Negotiation & Closing Skills:
- Effectively negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with customers.
- Handle objections and close deals under pressure.
- Build win-win situations for both the customer and the company.
6. Collaboration & Communication:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining product details and services clearly.
- Collaborate with marketing, inventory, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Willingness to assist other teams when needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in sales within the electrical, HVAC, or fasteners industries.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Technologically savvy; familiarity with sales software, CRM systems, and QuickBooks (training provided)
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
