Our growing Construction related client is looking for an Internal Recruiter. The role is onsite 5 days in Ft Lauderdale.
We are seeking an experienced Internal Recruiter to join their team and play a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier professionals to support their continued growth.
Position Overview:
As an Internal Recruiter, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, managing everything from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. This role is 90% recruiting and 10% HR/Onboarding, ensuring a seamless hiring process while supporting a positive candidate and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various roles across the organization.
- Develop and implement strategic recruiting plans to attract top talent.
- Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, and other channels to source and engage candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
- Facilitate offer negotiations and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with hiring policies.
- Support HR functions, including onboarding, new hire orientation, and compliance documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruiting and talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
- 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in construction or engineering is a plus.
- Familiarity with HR processes, onboarding, and employment laws is a plus.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
Salary: $75-85K DOE
