Brilliant Staging & Design is a full-service staging and design company located in Everett, WA. We service all of Snohomish County and North King County including the Eastside. Brilliant Staging has a large warehouse of inventory and a crew of the best personalities and professionals.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid driver’s license
- Good Driving Record
- Moving or Warehouse experience preferred but not required (Pay DOE)
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
- Frequently lift and/or move more than 60 pounds
- Must be able to pass a drug/alcohol and background screening
- Performance will be evaluated on a monthly basis and will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the following:
- Employee shows up on time to work/meetings
- Employee dresses and behaves in a professional manner
- Inventory and homes are not being damaged
- Work is being completed in a timely manner
- Employee follows directions and communicates well with the team
- Ability to complete the position responsibilities listed below
HOURS: Full time 30-40 hours per week
- We are open to part time positions as well
- Employee must be available to work as needed M-F
- Flexible- 20 hours per week guaranteed but not always required
- Business hours which employee is expected to be available for work are Monday- Friday, between 8am-5pm
- Employee may be asked to work different hours as agreed upon in advance
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Pulling, safe loading, unloading, placement, removal, wrapping, transportation and safe storage of staging inventory
- Driving an 18' box truck and or Sprinter Van (Truck/Van Operator/Driver)
- Getting inventory to and from stagings/destages in a timely manner
- Inventory control, reporting and fixing damaged inventory if possible
- Maintaining Inventory Organization on Racking System
- Taking care of all company property to include tools, vehicles, inventory etc.
- Showing up to meetings and work on time
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
