Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring a motivated and reliable Mover / Driver (Non-CDL) for a moving company located in South Everett, WA. Starting pay is $22-25 per hour plus benefits . This is a full-time permanent position on day shift working 7 : 30 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday - Friday.
The successful candidate will be responsible for safely transporting and handling customers' belongings, ensuring timely and efficient service. This role requires excellent customer service skills, physical stamina, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
This job is primarily moving / general labor and about 30% driving.
Key Responsibilities :
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport household and office goods to various locations.
- Load and unload items with care, ensuring the protection of customers' property.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their moving needs and provide exceptional service.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and expenses.
- Assist with packing and unpacking items as needed.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and smooth moving operations.
