Role Overview :
Brilliant Financial Staffing has been engaged in a search for a Project Administrator with our client located in Elk Grove Village, IL . This is a well-established organization within the transportation industry who specializes in providing top-notch HVAC and Ventilation services. They have recently experienced growth and are looking for a Project Administrator to join their department on a contract to hire basis. The Project Administrator will be primarily responsible for managing phones, filing, taking notes, and various data entry tasks. This client is looking to hire as soon as possible, so qualified candidates are encouraged to apply immediately! Qualified candidates would be available to start ASAP!
Project Administrator Responsibilities :
- Assist with proposal letters, expediting permits, and bid invitations
- Assist with the submittal process
- Upload submittals and job information to the General Contractors digital Project Management platform
- Uploading job information into their software
- Plot necessary drawings for bids and projects
- Assist with vendor and sub-contractor quotes
- Assist with material price comparisons
- Assist with purchases and buy pricing
- Request lead times from vendors
- Assist with releasing material
- Create submittal books for the field Forman and upload info on to their software
- Create Safety books for job sites digital and paper copies
- Other duties and responsibilities will be assigned as business demands deem necessary
Project Administrator Qualifications :
