Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
- Assess and evaluate student performance through standardized testing and classroom assessments.
- Provide individualized support to students, including mentoring and tutoring as needed.
- Foster a collaborative classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding academic performance.
- Incorporate innovative teaching methods, including Montessori techniques, to enhance learning experiences.
- Collaborate with fellow educators in education administration to improve curriculum delivery and student outcomes.
- Teach subjects such as Algebra, Trigonometry, Discrete Math, and Molecular Biology as part of the high school curriculum.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification preferred.
- Experience in lesson planning and classroom management is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of standardized testing procedures and educational assessment techniques.
- Strong understanding of subjects such as Algebra, Trigonometry, Discrete Math, and Molecular Biology.
- Familiarity with Montessori educational principles is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage students effectively.
- Proven ability to mentor students and foster their academic growth in a supportive environment.
