General Summary:
Brillient Corporation is seeking an Administrative Support III to join it's Team supporting a federal contract, FDA. This role will provide administrative tasks in support of OGPS offices to include scheduling meetings and maintain calendars to ensure smoothness of OGPS operations.
Essential Job Functions:
1. Maintains full responsibility of calendar scheduling, mitigating schedule conflicts, external communications, and cross-office communications, and regular compositions of daily notes, tasks, and reminders.
2. Assistance with archiving and filing materials.
3. Production of daily schedules with normal check-ins to confirm schedule and edit as needed.
4. Inform the designated government Project Officers and COR of any issues, problems and recommendations that should be addressed for the overall effective accomplishment of task order goals.
5. Clearly define and communicate to the responsible party and the FDA, and have identified dates for completion.
6. Prepare materials for and participate in or lead briefings, meetings, and other interactions with multiple government points of contract for specific activities regarding project progress, issues, and deliverables as directed by the COR. The contractor shall prepare meeting minutes, notes, issues, risk, and action items.
7. Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Education Requirement: Associate’s Degree
Experience Requirement: Minimum five (5) years of general experience of which one (1) year is directly related.
Other Requirement(s): This position requires U.S. Citizenship or a Green Card holder and the ability to obtain and maintain a Government public trust level security clearance. For a candidate that is a Green Card holder, they must have lived in the United States for at least three out of the past five years prior to your application date. You will also meet the residency qualifications if you lived abroad while on government or military duty or if you were a dependent of a federal employee of military member.

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
