What You Will Do:  We are seeking a detail-oriented Healthcare Analyst to interpret our healthcare data.

The Healthcare Analyst will be tasked with analyzing medical costs, using predictive modeling to forecast future healthcare trends, and preparing reports summarizing their findings.

This role requires a strong understanding of data analysis methodologies, healthcare systems, and a proficiency in statistical and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Collect, manage, and interpret healthcare data from various sources
• Use statistical and database software to analyze data and prepare reports
• Identify trends and patterns in healthcare data to support decision-making
• Assist in creating and implementing healthcare programs
• Track and monitor the effectiveness of healthcare programs and initiatives
• Communicate findings to healthcare professionals and stakeholders
• Ensure healthcare data integrity, compliance, and confidentiality
• Contribute to development of data management and reporting systems
• Stay current with latest trends and advancements in healthcare analytics

What You Will Need (Qualifications): 

• Proven experience as a Healthcare Analyst or similar role in healthcare
• Knowledge of healthcare data and medical terminologies
• Experience in data analysis and reporting
• Proficiency in statistical and database software
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Statistics, or relevant field
