Job Summary
The Client Partner role within Brillio’s North America Customer Success team is pivotal in driving sales growth, shaping business development strategies, and fostering executive-level relationships across key strategic commercial accounts. While the primary focus is on expanding and nurturing existing client partnerships, we seek candidates who also exhibit a strong hunter mindset, demonstrating the ability to identify new opportunities, drive revenue, and deliver exceptional value.
This role is responsible for enhancing the customer experience and driving revenue growth while collaborating with corporate and internal digital groups. Establishing and maintaining CXO-level relationships is essential to creating long-term strategic partnerships with clients. Supported by a team of practice managers, the Client Partner will ensure customer experience excellence and delivery success.

Responsibilities
- Establishing and managing client relationships at all levels
- Establishing and building "trust" and leveraging client context by understanding the client's overall business goals and culture
- Positioning Brillio as a Strategic IT partner and identifying new avenues for Brillio to partner, implement and deliver within the account
- Managing the account P&L & high-level delivery responsibility
- Mapping Brillio’ s capabilities and solutions to client’s requirements
- Build newer relationships with multiple pre-eminent retail and commercial brands
Qualifications
- Proven track record of delivering growth with retail and commercial services clients (10M ) and driving strategic partnerships.
- Should have a farmer/mining approach, street smart, optimistic person capable of bringing innovative solutions and ideas and leading by example.
- Working knowledge of one of the following areas of technologies: Product Engineering, Cloud, Analytics or Digital technologies for customer insights.
- Senior executive presence and credibility – possesses an interest and passion toward engaging senior level executives in grasping and enabling fundamentals of business change.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Exceptional client management skills and business development & delivery experience.
- Experience in a global service delivery model.
