Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our Contact Center team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of telecommunications systems and technologies, along with experience in product ownership and agile methodologies. This role will involve designing and optimizing telecommunications solutions for our contact center, ensuring they meet business needs while enhancing customer experiences.
