Job Description :
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Twilio and Campaign Management Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess strong collaboration abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to research. This role involves editing and proofreading communications while managing campaigns effectively. Experience with Twilio and campaign management is essential, and familiarity with Acqueon and dialer systems is a plus.
Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
Conduct proactive research to identify trends and insights that inform communication strategies.
Edit and proofread marketing materials to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with brand guidelines.
Manage and optimize campaigns using Twilio, ensuring effective communication with target audiences.
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Assist in the integration and utilization of Acqueon and dialer systems to enhance communication efforts.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in marketing communications.
