Key Responsibilities
- Overseas Communication: Coordinate with overseas agents to initiate and manage ocean import processes.
- Customs Clearance: Facilitate the clearance of imported goods through customs brokerage.
- Goods Consolidation/Deconsolidation: Manage the consolidation or deconsolidation of goods as needed.
- Vendor/Agent Selection & Transportation: Research, select, and arrange ground transportation with reliable vendors/agents to ensure timely deliveries.
- Shipment Tracking & Communication: Monitor delivery status and relay updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Accounting Tasks: Handle accounts payable/receivable, closing processes, and other accounting-related tasks.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Input service information into the internal system and prepare activity reports for department managers.
- Customer Support & Troubleshooting: Respond to and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
- Ad-hoc Projects: Assist with other projects as assigned by management.
- Must be fluent in Korean.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong attention to detail.
