Key Responsibilities :
- Shipment Coordination : Plan and manage domestic and international shipments via air sea and land ensuring ontime delivery.
- Documentation Management : Prepare and process essential shipping documents including bills of lading commercial invoices packing lists and customs declarations .
- Carrier Negotiation : Secure costeffective freight rates by negotiating with carriers and logistics providers.
- Regulatory Compliance : Ensure adherence to international trade laws customs procedures and safety regulations .
- Client Communication : Act as the primary contact for customers providing shipment updates addressing inquiries and resolving any logisticsrelated issues.
- Problem Resolution : Troubleshoot and resolve shipment delays damaged goods and customs clearance issues .
