Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

• Shipment Coordination : Plan and manage domestic and international shipments via air sea and land ensuring ontime delivery.
• Documentation Management : Prepare and process essential shipping documents including bills of lading commercial invoices packing lists and customs declarations .
• Carrier Negotiation : Secure costeffective freight rates by negotiating with carriers and logistics providers.
• Regulatory Compliance : Ensure adherence to international trade laws customs procedures and safety regulations .
• Client Communication : Act as the primary contact for customers providing shipment updates addressing inquiries and resolving any logisticsrelated issues.
• Problem Resolution : Troubleshoot and resolve shipment delays damaged goods and customs clearance issues .
• Tracking & Reporting : Monitor shipment progress generate logistics reports and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
• Inventory Coordination : Work with warehouses and logistics partners to manage inventory levels and optimize storage solutions.
• Cost Optimization : Monitor transportation costs identify costsaving opportunities and ensure accurate billing.

Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to secure competitive shipping rates. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in logistics and supply chain management software. In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
