This role involves coordinating logistics, customs clearance, and managing accounting tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Import/Export Coordination: Communicate with overseas agents to manage air import and export processes.
- Customs Clearance: Handle customs brokerage to ensure the timely clearance of imported goods.
- Goods Consolidation: Consolidate or deconsolidate shipments as needed for efficient logistics operations.
- Vendor Management: Research and select vendors/agents, arranging timely ground transportation delivery.
- Shipment Tracking: Monitor and update delivery status, communicating information to relevant parties.
- Accounting Tasks: Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and closing activities.
- System Management: Input service information into the internal system for accurate tracking.
- Reporting: Prepare and report service activities to the Part/Team Manager(s).
- Customer Support: Troubleshoot customer inquiries and resolve issues as they arise.
- Ad-hoc Projects: Assist with other projects as requested by management.
Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Korean and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Technical Skills: Excellent Excel skills (data analysis, reporting, etc.).
- Work Environment: Ability to work effectively under pressure and in both team and independent settings.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
