Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Operation Manager to oversee operations for our Korean restaurant and dessert shop. As we expand into other industries with franchise development, the ideal candidate will bring strong management expertise, excellent communication skills, and bilingual proficiency in Korean and English, with Spanish as a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant and dessert shop to ensure smooth management and customer satisfaction.
• Manage staff training, performance, and development programs to promote a positive working environment.
• Collaborate with leadership on the development and execution of franchise strategies for future expansion.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in the restaurant environment.
• Track financial performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate inventory and supply orders efficiently.
• Utilize computer systems to monitor operations, process reports, and manage workflows.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management experience (preferred).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient computer skills.
