Key Responsibilities
- Regional Operations Management: Oversee and manage warehouse operations across five Southeast locations, ensuring consistency and efficiency in all processes.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve operational and financial objectives, aligning with the company’s long-term goals.
- Budgeting and Financial Oversight: Prepare annual budgets, monitor expenditures, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions to maintain financial health.
- Profit and Loss Management: Manage profit and loss statements, prepare detailed reports for upper management, and ensure financial targets are met.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, develop, and evaluate the performance of warehouse employees, fostering a high-performance culture.

- Experience:
