What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Seasonal Help position at BRIMAR INDUSTRIES LLC?
We are looking for seasonal help to join our warehouse team in Jessup, PA during our busy season (April/May through August/September) The position will require you to come in daily at 8:00 AM but will range in hours from 3-8 per day depending on volume of work.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESCOULD ENTAIL
- Pulls and packs products to fulfill customer orders and ensures they have the right items and that nothing is damaged or missing from the order before it ships out.
- Cuts labels and flames cones to add decals to traffic cones
- Operates traffic cone machine and down stacks cones
- Receives and ships of packages in and out of the warehouse.
- Unloads trucks and deliveries and sorts and stocks receivables.
- Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintains an accurate log sheet of daily moves, scanning inventory, and counting accurately.
- Engages with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be able to list at least 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to bend, stoop, reach constantly
- Reliable
- A strong sense of urgency and time organization is must
- The ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
