As a Professional Sales Consultant at Brimar Industries, you will be responsible for selling our safety solution and crowd control products to customers throughout North America. Your strong interpersonal, communication, verbal, and written skills will enable you to build meaningful relationships with clients and negotiate profitable deals. With excellent negotiation, influencing and resourcefulness skills, you will drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, utilizing knowledge and understanding of various CRM tools to effectively manage sales activities. Additionally, you will provide timely and effective customer support, addressing any requests or concerns related to orders, product availability, and delivery.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of experience in sales with a proven track record of success. Proficiency in CRM software is essential, and experience using HubSpot Sales is preferred but not mandatory. You must be self-motivated, target-driven, and have a results-oriented mindset. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and a sense of urgency are also essential for successful project and sales execution.
