Position Description
The Glass Handler position is responsible for performing glass fabrication-related handling and production duties. This person will be responsible for ensuring glass meets quality expectations before performing assembly.

Responsibilities
- Ensure that all safety policies are followed, and safety culture is top priority.
- Perform daily tasks utilizing BOS principles.
- Assist in production while meeting quality and productivity goal metrics as set by lead.
- Perform required audits regularly as necessary depending on work area.
- Must be driven, possess a high sense of urgency and desire to succeed.
- Embrace culture of continuous improvement, accountability and goal accomplishment.
