Position Description
The Insulated Glass - Glass handler is responsible for performing insulated glass assembly related duties. This person will be responsible for ensuring glass meets quality expectations before performing assembly.
The right person will possess good technical, organization, and communication skills. Most importantly, the right person will have a history of activities that align with our company values-

Responsibilities
- Ensure that all safety policies are followed, and safety culture is top priority.
- Perform daily tasks utilizing BOS principles.
- Produce completed IG units meeting quality and productivity goal metrics as set by lead.
- Perform required audits regularly and thoroughly to maintain IGCC certification.
- Must be driven, possess a high sense of urgency and desire to succeed.
- Embrace culture of continuous improvement, accountability and goal accomplishment.
