About This Role
Product Specialists will partner with the sales team during demos and customer interactions, especially helping onboard sales hires new to the drone industry and first responder customer base. These Specialists will be technical experts and users of BRINC products.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer-facing demo support
- Be technical experts in BRINC products
- Possess and maintain an FAA Part 107 Pilot’s License
- Familiarize new sales people with public safety agency protocol, chain of command and communication know-how
- Build positive relationships with customers and public safety agencies
- Maintain a high level of flying proficiency to perform flying duties safely and efficiently
- Complete required recurrent training to comply with company and regulatory requirements
- Participate and become certified in comprehensive technical troubleshooting of BRINC technology
- Ensure safety practices associated with transport of equipment and technological hardware
- Manage and keep operational a BRINC DFR Mobile Unit & remote caches of inventory to support BRINC objectives
- Advanced product knowledge
- Proficiency flying to comply with FAA requirements for Part 107 currency and certification
- Strong working knowledge of proper operations of sUAS per FAA Part 107 regulations
- Ability to travel up to 75%
- Clean driving record over the past 2 years
- Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license in your primary state of residence
- Experience with commercial UAS industry
- Public Safety & sUAS Program Experience
- Department of Defense Experience
- Basic CRM experience
- Robotic and/or sUAS Technician Experience
- Sales and/or customer facing Experience
