Job Description
- We are seeking a Junior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and support high-volume, field-level recruiting across multiple locations. Based out of our Coppell, TX office, this role is ideal for someone early in their HR or recruiting career who is eager to grow and gain hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with job postings, resume screening, and phone screens for hourly and frontline roles.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and status updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support sourcing efforts through job boards, internal databases, and social media.
- Help coordinate and attend hiring events, both virtual and in-person.
- Communicate clearly with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a great experience.
- Support recruiters and HR team members with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative support (internships or customer service a plus).
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and professional demeanor.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Preferred:
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday or similar).
- Experience supporting high-volume or hourly recruiting is a plus.
- Comfort using job boards and sourcing tools such as Indeed, LinkedIn, or other platforms.
